Market days

One sealed entry per market or festival day. Prices at the tent are tax-inclusive, so the app backs the sales tax out of every tender at the jurisdiction's rate and splits it for the ST-3.

Closing a day needs a CPA-confirmed jurisdiction. Until the CPA signs the rate rows, the app refuses — that is the rule, not a bug.
